Overview

Save filter conditions and column order on the Software details screen as reusable views. You can create multiple views, such as a view that always displays only former Employees.

Create a Software Account View

  1. On the "Software Management" screen, click the Software for which you want to create a view.

  2. Confirm that the Software Account list is displayed.

  3. Click the "+" button for views.

  4. Enter a view name and create the view.

  5. Configure the filters you want to save in the view. Save the view so you can return to the same filter and column configuration later.

  6. Show, hide, or reorder columns as needed.
