Overview

Use the inquiry management tool Backly with WASURENAI to manage inquiry information and related asset information in one place.

You can review not only the inquiry itself, but also the Member who submitted it, the person responsible, related Software Accounts, and related Hardware.

Get Started

WASURENAI configures the integration. Contact us using the appropriate form based on your Backly usage status. Integration setup may take some time.

• If you have not yet applied for Backly: Select the option indicating that you want to integrate with WASURENAI on the Backly application form.
• If you already use Backly: Contact us through the WASURENAI inquiry form if you want to add the integration after applying for Backly.

After the integration is complete, you can open "Inquiries" from the left menu to review and search tickets.

Inquiry information is synchronized automatically on a regular basis. To retrieve the latest inquiry information immediately, click the sync button in the upper-right corner.

Add a Person Responsible

The person responsible and requester columns are synchronized automatically from Backly, but you can manually add or remove related Members in WASURENAI.

This is useful when you want to:

• Add an internal Member who is not registered in Backly, such as a manager or another department representative.
• Link the Member who actually handles the asset in your company separately from the person responsible in Backly.
• Add a Member who is temporarily involved in a specific inquiry without changing Backly.

Procedure

1. Open the inquiry details screen.

2. Click "Add Person Responsible" in the person responsible section.

   

3. Search for the Member you want to add, select the checkbox, and click "Add".
