Go to Hardware Management > Hardware from the left menu to open the Hardware list.
Open the ellipsis menu for the target hardware and click "Register Administrator".
Select the administrator and save.
In Hardware Management, you can assign an administrator separately from the hardware user. This supports cases where each device has a responsible administrator independent of its Management Group, or where the actual user and the person responsible for management are different.
Assigning an administrator also allows you to send hardware usage surveys to administrators as well as users.
Go to Hardware Management > Hardware from the left menu to open the Hardware list.
Open the ellipsis menu for the target hardware and click "Register Administrator".
Select the administrator and save.
Assign the Same Administrator to Multiple Hardware Items
Go to Hardware Management > Hardware.
Select multiple hardware items.
Click "Bulk Action" and select "Administrator Settings".
Select the administrator and save.
You can also open a Member's details to view the hardware for which that Member is the administrator.
