Send a Survey Immediately

  1. Click "Run Survey" from the toolbar.

  2. Select "Software".

  3. Click “Conduct Survey".

  4. Select the software to survey and configure the recipients and survey details.

  5. Send the survey.

Note: Recipients receive a survey notification by email when email notifications are enabled.

Schedule Recurring Surveys

  1. Click "Scheduled Settings" from the toolbar.

  2. Click the software for which you want to configure a survey.

  3. Click the “Usage Survey Settings”.

  4. Clik the change button.

  5. Select "Conduct usage survey periodically".

  6. Configure the schedule and survey conditions, then save the settings.

Review Survey Results

  1. Click "Survey Conduct" from the toolbar.

  2. Select the survey you want to review from the survey history.

  3. Review the survey results.
