Configuring Usage Cost Notifications
Procedure

From the left-hand toolbar, select Software Management.

Select the AI software for which you would like to receive notifications.
Supported software for usage cost notifications (as of August 21, 2026):
- AWS
- Claude Enterprise
- Devin
- Microsoft Azure
- OpenAI

Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Notification Settings.

Turn on the Usage Cost Notification toggle.
Notification settings are now complete.
Note: If you would like to verify the notification immediately, click Send Notification, then click Send to trigger a test notification.

Adding Additional Webhook Notification Channels
If you want to send usage cost notifications to a channel other than the one configured as the Default Notification Channel, you can specify additional channels for these notifications.
Navigation path:
Settings → Notifications → Notification Methods and Destinations → Webhook Channel Notifications
Procedure

Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the AI software for which you want to receive notifications, and then select Notification Settings.

Under Notification Methods and Destinations → Webhook Channel Notifications, expand Additional Notification Channels.

Click Add Channel.

Enter the required information and click Add to complete the setup.

Disabling AI Usage Cost Notifications
Disable Notifications for a Specific Software
- Open the details page of the AI software for which you want to disable usage cost notifications.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Notification Settings.
- Turn off the Usage Cost Notification toggle.
Notification settings are now disabled for that software.
Disable Notifications for All Software
Refer to Configuring System Notification On/Off Settings and disable Usage Cost Notifications for the entire tenant.
Note: If tenant-wide notifications are disabled, notifications will not be sent even if notification settings for individual software are enabled.
