You can send Notifications from WASURENAI for accounts that require deletion. Configure start and end dates, recurrence conditions, and notification destinations such as email or webhook to match your operating process.

Use Cases

Account deletion Notifications help prevent delays and missed deletion tasks when Employees leave the company.

Use them to notify the responsible person or administrator regularly about Software Accounts that should be deleted.

For example:

• Review deletion targets related to departing Employees regularly through an HR SaaS integration.
• Notify a team regularly about deletion targets by email or webhook.

Turn System Notifications On or Off

You can enable account deletion Notifications for all Software from Settings. After enabling the global setting, configure individual Software settings when different notification frequencies are required.

1. From the Home screen, open "Settings" from the left menu and select "Notifications".

2. Turn "Account Delete Notifications" ON. On the same screen, select the notification method, such as email or webhook.

   

Review or Change Notification Frequency for Each Software

Account deletion notification frequency is determined by each Software's notification settings rather than by one fixed system-wide frequency.

Note: Enable the global account deletion Notification setting first, then configure each Software as needed.

1. Select "Software Management" from the left menu and open the Software details screen for the Software whose notification settings you want to review or change.

   

2. Open the notification settings for the Software.

   

3. Review or change the start date, end date, recurrence conditions, and notification frequency, then save the settings.
