What is a Management Rule?
A Management Rule defines whether Members with specific attributes are allowed or expected to have particular Software Accounts. By configuring Management Rules, you can detect whether Members who match a rule have the required accounts.

Complete the following setup first:
This example creates a Management Rule for issuing Salesforce accounts to Members in the Sales department.
The process consists of four steps:
Select "Management Rules" from the toolbar and click "Create New Management Rule".

Enter the "Management Rule Name" and, optionally, a description of the condition.
Configure the Management Rule conditions using Member attributes such as department, job type, project, work location, or employment type.

Click "Complete Creation" to create the Management Rule.
Create a condition in "Member Attribute Conditions" where the department is Sales.
