Overview

Software Accounts whose email addresses do not match the email addresses registered for Members in WASURENAI are displayed as Shadow IDs.

If an account shown as a Shadow ID actually belongs to a Member registered in WASURENAI, you can link the Shadow ID to that Member.

If an account does not belong to a registered Member but is recognized by an administrator, use Guest Approval to manage it separately from Shadow IDs.

Review the Shadow ID list so that only unexpected or unrecognized accounts remain on the "Shadow ID" tab.

Linking Shadow ID (CSV)

Select "Software Management" from the toolbar.

  1. Click on the software for which you want to link the Shadow ID.

  2. Click on "Shadow ID" within the "Usage" tab.

  3. Click on "Batch Link" on the right side.

  4. Click "Download Shadow ID List" to download a CSV file.

  5. Enter information in the CSV file under "Email Address in Wasurenai Account".

    Item Name Details to Enter
    Email Address (Link Key) The email address displayed in the Shadow ID is automatically entered.
    Email Address in Wasurenai Account Enter the email address registered in Wasurenai for the member you want to link.

  6. Drag the CSV file or upload it by selecting "Choose File" to complete the account linking.

Linking Shadow ID (Manual Input)

Select "Software Management" from the toolbar.

  1. Click on the software for which you want to link the Shadow ID.

  2. Click on "Shadow ID" within the "Usage" tab.

  3. Select "Link" from the three-dot menu on the right side of the Shadow ID you want to link.
