Overview

You can automatically import device information registered in external software into Hardware management in WASURENAI.

Supported Software and Integration Specifications

Configure External Integration

  1. Open "Home > Settings > External Collaboration".

  2. In the Hardware information import Retrieval, click "Add Source".

  3. Select the software to integrate.

  4. Enter the required authentication and integration information, then complete the setup.

Disconnect External Integration

  1. Open "Home > Settings > External Collaboration".

  2. In the Hardware information import section, click “Finish fetching" for the integration you want to disconnect.

  3. Confirm the operation to stop importing Hardware information from that integration.
