Turn Notifications On or Off

  1. Select "Settings" from the left toolbar.
  2. Open the "Notifications" tab.
  3. Turn each notification method ON or OFF.

Note: You can use email and chat-tool notifications at the same time.

Configure External Integration for Member Notifications

By configuring External Integration, Members can receive notifications through a chat tool.

  1. Select "Settings" from the toolbar.

  2. Open "External Collaboration".

  3. In the Member notifications section, click "Add Data Source".

  4. Select the chat tool where you want to receive notifications.

  5. Follow the setup instructions for the selected chat tool to complete the integration.

Disconnect External Integration for Member Notifications

  1. Select "Settings" from the toolbar.
  2. Open "External Collaboration".
  3. In the Member notifications section, click "Disconnect Integration" for the integration you want to disconnect.
