Configure External Integration

  1. Go to Home > Settings > External Integration.

  2. Under Member data import, click "Add Source".

  3. Select the software.

    For setup instructions for each software, refer to the available integration documentation. Supported services include freee HR, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SmartHR, Kaonavi, and HRBrain. ‣ ‣ ‣ ‣

How to Change the External Integration Source

  1. Click on Home > Settings > External Integration tab.

  2. Click the "Change fetching software" button for Employees information retrieval.

  3. Select the software and operate according to the method described in the setup method.
